1. Permitted Use

The Cyblitrades platform is provided exclusively for:

• Conducting cybersecurity maturity assessments for your organization
• Reviewing assessment results, benchmarks, and reports for internal security planning
• Communicating with the Cyblitrades team for consulting and support
• Storing and managing audit evidence and security documentation for your organization
• Exporting reports for use in your internal security program

2. Prohibited Activities

2.1 Security and System Integrity

• Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any Cyblitrades system without written authorization
• Breaching or circumventing authentication, access controls, or security measures
• Accessing accounts or data belonging to other Cyblitrades clients
• Introducing malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Conducting denial-of-service attacks
• Using automated tools to scrape or harvest data at scale

2.2 Prohibited Content

• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content infringing third-party intellectual property or privacy rights
• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Payment card data, social security numbers, or similarly sensitive regulated data in free-form fields

2.3 Unauthorized Access and Misrepresentation

• Sharing login credentials with unauthorized individuals
• Impersonating Cyblitrades, its employees, or other clients
• Using the platform to assess organizations other than your own without written authorization

2.4 Competitive Misuse

• Using the platform to develop competing products or services
• Reselling or sublicensing platform access without authorization
• Reverse engineering or decompiling any part of the platform

3. Data Submission Standards

• Provide accurate and truthful information in all assessment responses
• Only upload files and documents you have the legal right to share
• Do not include classified, government-restricted, or export-controlled information
• Do not submit fabricated responses for the purpose of obtaining misleading benchmarks

4. Account Security

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Ensure authorized users comply with this policy
• Promptly revoke access for employees or contractors who leave your organization
• Notify Cyblitrades immediately at support@cyblitrades.com upon discovery of unauthorized access

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, removal of violating content, notification of law enforcement where required, and legal action for damages.

6. Regulated Industries

Clients in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.) are solely responsible for ensuring their use of Cyblitrades complies with applicable regulations including HIPAA, PCI-DSS, SOX, GLBA, GDPR, and CCPA.
